This is an easy way to get the physical done for the summer and next year. The physical form is attached to this post. Any student who will be participating in the summer workouts must have their physical and insurance uploaded on Home Campus before they begin participation. The physical must be within one calendar year of the date of participation. If the physical lapses during the summer, the player will not be allowed to participate until the new physical is uploaded and cleared. The Athletic Director will work on clearances throughout the summer, but may not be available each day, which may result in your student not being allowed to participate for a period of time. By getting your physical done at the physical night and then doing the clearance on Home Campus immediately after that, it will take care of this issue.
