Emelia trekked to Modesto to see her clay artwork on display at SCOE tonight.

I wanted to take a moment to place the spotlight on one of our 4th grade students, Catalina. Some of the Beyond the Bell students entered the Young Writers - Monster Madness competition. This drawing competition is a nationwide competition and with parent permission, they were published in a book. Catalina actually won the whole drawing competition making her monster, Bob, the cover of the book. Young Writers sent her a bag filled with art supplies to continue this talent of hers.
If you see Catalina, please take a moment to congratulate her on this accomplishment. 😊
